Announcement bar

Where to find it

In Online Store → Themes, open the unpublished theme editor, choose Header group, then Add section → Announcement bar. Availability follows the selected template and section group.

Set it up

Open the Header group and add or select Announcement bar.
Write a concise Text message. Set Announcement link when the entire announcement should lead to a useful page.
Choose Text alignment and the color scheme. Preview the shared bar on several storefront pages before saving.

Content and media

This section uses text rather than an image. Keep essential announcement details in readable text.

Check the mobile layout

Keep the message short enough to wrap comfortably above the mobile Header. Test the link independently from the menu button.

Common questions and fixes

The bar is absent from Add section: open the Header group; this module is restricted to that group.
The message wraps too much: shorten the copy rather than using an image of small text.
