Where to find it

In Online Store → Themes, open the unpublished theme editor, choose a compatible template, then Add section → FAQ. Availability follows the selected template and section group.

This section is not available in the Header group.

Set it up

Add a FAQ item for each question and complete both Question and Answer.
Choose Single column or Two columns (desktop), then adjust Content width and Item style.
Choose Open first item and the indicator style according to the opening state you want.
Set an optional closing Button label and Button link for a contact or help page.
Read every answer with your actual policies and test expanding items by keyboard.

Content and media

FAQ items use rich-text answers rather than dedicated image fields. Keep important instructions and policy terms as readable text.

Check the mobile layout

Review question wrapping and expanded answers at a narrow width. The desktop two-column option should be judged separately from the mobile view.

Common questions and fixes

An expanded answer is empty: fill Answer in that FAQ item.
The FAQ is narrower or wider than intended: review Content width together with the section width.
