Section tutorials

Standard content page

Show a Shopify page's title and body, with additional sections arranged around it when needed.

Where to find it

Open Pages in the template selector and choose the intended page template. The main Page section reads the selected Shopify page.

Set it up

  1. Create the page's title and body in Shopify, then choose that page in the theme editor preview.
  2. Use the main Page section for the page's own content; it has no separate section-settings panel in this version.
  3. Add compatible sections around the main content for an About or information-page composition.
  4. Create a separate template when some pages need a different arrangement, then assign it to those pages in Shopify.
  5. Preview headings, links, images and the final spacing before the Footer.

Content and media

  • Images embedded in the page body are managed in that content. For responsive editorial compositions, prefer the theme's dedicated image/content sections.

Check the mobile layout

  • Check wide embedded tables, images and external content at phone width. Avoid fixed-width content that exceeds the page.

Common questions and fixes

  • The content is wrong: check the page selected for preview and its body in Shopify.
  • Several pages change together: they share a template; create and assign a separate template.
  • You are editing a native store policy: manage its content in Shopify's policy settings; it is not a normal Page section.

Control reference

This section has no direct section controls. Configure the parent interface, shared theme settings or Shopify resources described above.
