Where to find it
This automatically rendered dialog supports Quick view. Configure shared controls in Overlay group → Quick view and Theme settings; it is not a standalone content section.
Set it up
- Configure the shared Quick view labels and option visibility in the Overlay group.
- Choose the Product cards add-to-cart style and the shared Product media ratio, fit and picker style in Theme settings.
- Open a real product from a card to inspect its dialog.
- Check variant availability, media selection, quantity rules, adding to cart and closing by the provided controls.
Content and media
- The dialog reads the chosen product's media, including supported product media types; there is no independent image upload on this helper.
- Products with 3D models use the same device-dependent View in your space control as the product page. Verify AR on a supported real device; unsupported desktop previews keep that control hidden.
- Shopify-hosted videos use the same product Video captions references as the full product page. Each entry selects the exact video file and provides up to two WebVTT languages. Reopening Quick view recreates native tracks and starts with the browser default caption selection. Test real-device/fullscreen controls separately.
Check the mobile layout
- Review the mobile dialog header and close button, media strip and purchase controls. Use the full product page for content that is not part of Quick view.
Common questions and fixes
- A product's image or price is wrong: check its product/variant data in Shopify.
- You want to change the dialog heading or return-policy note: edit Overlay group → Quick view.
- A subscription-only product opens Choose purchase options instead of a simplified add-to-cart form. Complete the plan selection on its product page; optional subscriptions may still use a one-time Quick view purchase.
