Where to find it
In Online Store → Themes, open the unpublished theme editor, choose a compatible template, then Add section → Social follow. Availability follows the selected template and section group.
This section is not available in the Header group.
Set it up
- Open Theme settings → Social media and enter the actual profile URLs you want to display.
- Add a Social account block for each platform, choose Platform and optionally enter Account name.
- Choose Icon row, Account cards or Compact buttons and set alignment and spacing.
- Choose Theme color or Platform colors, icon size, follow-label visibility and whether links open in a new tab.
- Open every link in preview. An account name identifies the account but does not replace its global profile URL.

Blocks and content
This section allows up to 12 direct blocks. Nested blocks have their own parent-specific choices and limits.
- Social account: configure this inside the section. Its available controls are listed below.
Content and media
- Platform icons are supplied by the theme. This section does not require logo image uploads or connect to a social API.
Check the mobile layout
- Choose Wrap or Horizontal scroll and confirm the final account remains reachable.
Common questions and fixes
- An account is absent outside the editor: configure that platform's global profile URL.
- A name is visible but cannot be followed in the editor: it may be a placeholder for an account without a URL.
- For social icons under the Footer brand or newsletter: use the Footer's Social media block instead.
